Our diverse team of Search Executives have a collective 15 years experience supporting the talent needs of the Management Consulting sector. Ranging from the Big 4 & MBB to the Niche and Boutique firms in the sector.
Alex Mitchell
Managing Partner
Alex has just under a decade in the profession of Experienced Hires & the Executive Search sector for Management Consulting firms. He has operated in London, the Midlands and the North of the UK as well as engaging in roles within EMEA & the US. His areas of specialism include Digital & Technology, Strategy, M&A Advisory, and Procurement.
As our founder, he is responsible for the overall running of the organisation, client engagement and the overall delivery of quality candidates for our clients.
Outside of the firm, Alex enjoys competitive clay pigeon shooting and is looking forward to marrying his fiancé in September 2024.
Joy Hibbert
Principle Executive
Joy is an experienced Executive who has enjoyed the last year exploring her interest in the Search sector. She has supported clients to secure quality talent within the Technology space for Management Consulting firms.
Joy is responsible for the business administration of AMA, including clerical, HR, Internal Recruitment, Data Driven Insights, Graphic Design and Branding.
Joy enjoys her artistic side, skilled in both ceramic pottery and glass blowing while managing her responsibility at AMA.
Chris Williams
Senior Executive Advisor
Chris has extensive experience working exclusively within the Management Consulting sector with knowledge of operating in the UK, US & EMEA.
Chris owns a keen eye for detail in the Strategy world and M&A Deals space having worked with niche Strategy firms as well as the Big4 on their Senior Manager to Partner level positions. His Senior level hiring will bring much needed experience to AMA Talent early on.
Aside from delivering quality candidates, Chris is advising the firm in its strategic direction with a view to make lasting impact for the future.

Fully Remote Business
We’d be hard pressed to advise our Digital clients on the need for flexible hybrid working without doing the same ourselves. At AMA we are a fully remote company, supporting our staff and clients in a truly digital fashion. With the number of remote & hybrid roles declining as we enter 2024, we’re happy to be going against the grain.
Work Your Way
When asked what we did not want to be when setting up AMA, the importance of generating intuitive thinking and personal work practices came to mind. Micromanagement has been proven to be the enemy of excellent search executives, so the delivery of tailored training with the flexibility to work in the way that suits our staff most is the best practice we should all be adopting.
